WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?

HOW DO I SELECT AND DOWNLOAD THE HIGH-RESOLUTION IMAGES INCLUDED IN MY COLLECTION?

HOW DO I PRINT IMAGES THROUGH MY GALLERY?

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PHOTOS, WHAT CAN I DO?

WILL MY PHOTOS BE USED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSES OTHER THAN MY ONLINE GALLERY?

 

- WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?

A: My delivery time greatly depends on how busy I am. The average time for a preview gallery (with non-retouched photos) is 4-6 days, once you select the images that you want me to finish editing, it takes up to one week.

For all-inclusive collections, the delivery time is one to two weeks.

 

- HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE FULL RESOLUTION IMAGES INCLUDED IN MY COLLECTION? 

A: NOTE: You cannot download fully resolution non-watermarked images from your preview gallery, this feature is ONLY available for fully retouched photos.

Click on any of your images, you will see a download sign above the picture frame, click on in and select: DOWNLOAD ALL AVAILABLE ORIGINALS, the size options will provide you with watermarked images.

 

- HOW DO I PRINT IMAGES THROUGH MY GALLERY?

A: Click on "SELECT PHOTOS", next go to "BUY", from there simply follow the steps to get the products you want: downloads, prints, photo-books, greeting cards, etc.

 

- I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PHOTOS, WHAT CAN I DO?

A: I am sorry you are not happy with the outcome of your session. If you feel like you didn't get what you were expecting please contact me ASAP and we can re-schedule a session. Unfortunately, due to the time that it takes to process images, I would be unable to issue a refund, but I am happy to discuss options with you.

 

- WILL MY PHOTOS BE USED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSES OTHER THAN MY ONLINE GALLERY?

A: I am proud of my work and I like to occasionally post photos from my clients on my Facebook page or Photo-Blog. Besides that, your photos are save, I do not share or sell your photos to anyone.
